Jacob has been a professional session drummer and drum tutor for over 15 years. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Music (Southern Cross University, Lismore). Jacobs performance experience has crossed many major festivals, venues, theatre productions and studios in Australia and Internationally. Jacob also has a wealth of experience as a tutor working in a variety of settings including tertiary education, schools and private tuition.

Based in Chermside West, Brisbane, Jacob offers private drum tuition. Lessons take place in a purpose built, sound proof, air conditioned studio on two pro quality drum kits. Jacob is both qualified and highly experienced as a Drum Tutor and Professional Musician. He has extensive experience tutoring in a variety of tertiary institutions, schools, music academies and privately.

ONLINE TUITION

Lessons are delivered on via “Zoom” (free app for Android and Apple). I am happy to use alternative platforms like Facebook messenger and Facetime. Multiple camera angles for clear perspective and easy communication. Students see notes and edits on the document in real time
using high quality audio delivered from professional recording equipment, microphones and software.
